Archery

I guess it has been already suggested. I´m talking about bows. Never been a marksman fan, but given the environment, archery seems like a must. My farmers would surely appreciate the chance to pin those crop-eating creatures from a distance.

Crossbows are part of the luxury feature listings that might get added to the game near end of development or after full game release.
Regular bows are already known to be not added.

Ok, good to know! What is a luxury feature? I´m new in the game, but I see a lot of people bringing that up.

They are features that where planed to be in the game, but fallen to the wayside during development and the Devs internal time table for final release. So some things where cut from the game with a possibility of them being added either when they get time to during final beta additions or after game release.
