Gourmet food restraunts and buffs

Could we have restaurants that sell gourmet food that can only be consumed at time of purchase and give buffs? The food sounds terrible and bland according to the descriptions in the game. You have horribly dry bread, disappointing food cubes, plain steamed vegetables, etc. Eating good food when having a diet like that should really make a person feel great after eating. Have some buffs like increased combat abilities for 24 hours, lower the hunger rate for 24 hours, or being able to run faster.
