Factions Relations Reset Button

Hello, i suggest a temporarily feature like the "reset squad position" but for factions relations on import, until diplomacy is fully implanted.

I liked mine, but have not updated it to work with the new map.
but it was a much nicer way to work with the faction issue.

I will check your mod, maybe i can transpose it to the experimental branch, if you agree with this.
