when my squad snuck into position just outside a farm village I thought " I didn't bring enough men to carry any possible wounded and all those possible prisoners" and then I thought if the bull can carry all their stuff then why not attach a cart or wagon to them and have a cart to carry the wounded 3-4 at a time, another for carrying more junk, and a caged wagon for about 4-6 prisoners. that would solve some issues do to lack of hands and the plus side is less fighters carrying someone and more junk hauled the negative side being the bull can only walk with them on.

I like the idea. Don't think it's necessary to limit the bull to walking, though. Just let encumbrance deal with that, and though the cart is rolling and therefore displacing some weight, it's also an awkward way to carry so much weight so any weight reduction should be minimal, I think.

I'd like to see different types of carts. Four would be ideal.

1) basic cargo cart, covered wagon style.
2) passenger cart, seats six passengers.
3) prisoner cart, holds four cages for four prisoners.
4) battle cart, carries mounted crossbow and gunner, offers modest cover against other turrets.

Another thought, though this might be more trouble coding than it's worth, would be to give the carts hitpoints like doors so they can be destroyed. That would also balance the battle cart idea because though it provides cover it simultaneously takes damage providing that cover.
