Are you down with OPP? I would like to be.
I keep finding wonderfully research benches, cooking stoves, armor forges, ect... That are left to the wastes. It would be really nice if my Nomadic groups could use these abandoned pieces of furniture instead of having to build up ones of their own. Helps to keep them nomadic instead of putting down roots in order to gain research or to create some basic armor.

I like this. I'd also like to be able to repair ruins and use them, and conquer buildings (such as cannibal buildings).

i did find some of the buildings in the Hub that you can buy and rebuild.
