Return to main menu button (esc)

Currently we have to restart the game to get back to the starting menu whilst in-game. Apologies if this is obvious but I thought i'd mention it anyway.

Well, is there a reason (that you may know and may share with us) why nothing's been done about it?
I'm no game developer myself, but I don't imagine it's very hard to implement "exit to main menu" option in the pause screen (esc)?

At the very least I hope we can finally have this when the Orge 2.0 update drops...
