Hide Headgear option

Since it may be too much for hair to show properly with most headgear, i Propose we have a hide head gear option, either in the main GUI, in stats/inventory or(least preferred) a global option, in the options menu, I'd prefer an individual basis, in the inventory above the headgearslot, that only shows up on recruited members.

Yeah its fairly standard to have helmets replace hair with a close shave when worn, so having the option to hide them to see you characters face and hair would be nice, a feature in many games.

One question would a hidden helmet still count towards a disguise if worn?
(it should still count as armour.)

I think it should be a visual effect only, so all the pro's and cons of wearing the helmet come with it but with hair and beards.1
