Like a paid apprentice ship for anything of the trades or medics skill etc to have Medium skilled squad members not rookies :P.
The price and max skill might depend on the school its quality and maybe location for example the Capitals should have the best and schools. It should be paid for only 1 single character and access to only 1 class for one in-game week or month or how long one semester might be.
For combat skills id like to see an academy or barracks but academies should be limited to Capitals only. The acadamy should give militia training, soldier training and elite training. Also the Weapon skills should get special classes or courses. Like the schools it should be 1 trainee for 1 charge.
A cheaper version of a class or school should be an apprenticeship at your local weapon- / armorsmith or a guards man etc. but that would have less quality training than the school.
Special skills like Material-Arts should get special teachers who roam and look for new apprentices or whatever you can imagine.
Some stuff like the Holy-hate against women and Scorchlanders should limit the visitors of schools to Greenlander men in Holy lands and other limits for other nations races....

a type of Dojo is planned. ( for combat training. )

ona side note, All training is set at max of lvl 15, you can't train higher than this without actual combat. ( or using Mods ) other wise it becomes a training dummy simulator since it takes a while even on max speed to get to lvl 15.

Uh... why would you want all that when you can build pretty much any type of school yourself? Build a stormhouse, mod yourself a guy who'll just stand there and constantly yell something along the "YOU'RE ALL IDIOTS" lines, and you're good to go. Want an apprentice smith? Build them a simplest forge or bench and make them craft iron sticks or heart protectors till they fit your standart. Medic? No problem, make them craft medkits all day long. Cook? Same story. Labourer? Sure. Almost every skill could be trained in that manner. And if you want to pay - resources you'd dump into the process would probably be more then enough :)
