I wondered how to propose a system allowing players to extend the world of kenshi by modding, with proper intergration, and this idea came out.

So the idea would be:

• to add a map editor allowing player to create island, Steamworkshop shareable.
• add a ferry system (boat connecting several locations)

And other way to add some contents would be to have the possibility to create underground location (bases, caves, etc). It really feel weird to explore a lot of "top secret" location but didn't find one underground.
