Upgradable Buildings and Storage

Building is for few and furnishing can be extreme finicky and require several reloads and pathfinding tests after you edit a room to fit everything you need and be functional.

It wold be nice to have the option to upgrade a Stormhouse to a bakery or outpost, a Snailhouse to a bar or a Stationhouse to a storage - all functional and furnished (the costs per item included in the upgrade - and you need to have the required tech level), with the option to save (to later upgrade your own buildings ) and share designs (workshop?). Nothing new, just the furniture already in game.

Now, about storage... This "minecraft" way of storage is old and stupid and require several levels of micromanagement. We need a building to hold materials, not 400 different crates that hold less than a backpack (really, a Garru backpack or a simple chest hold the contents of 3 ore containers, and a travelers backpack almost one) to pollute the stuff we build. Could even use the upgradable buildings as way to do this - like, upgrade a tower to a mill to store all kinds of ingredients (but not 250 - way more) or a Stationhouse to a general storage with ample space (500? 1000?) to all the materials (could be random furniture and crates and the NPC would interact with the building instead of a random container or individual containers to all the things). Could even have a way to see how much of each material your city holds in a tab.

If is a bad idea or need to much work to do at least make containers bigger (or upgradable) and stackable, or put different sizes of containers (moar containers!).

P.S.: Please don't make the backpacks smaller in order to make the containers look bigger...
