[DONE] Advanced game options stored in savefile

So that when we import they are stored and ready to be imported as they were on that save.

If you start a new game it will be at default levels.

Ye I know, it's just a metter of saving people from setting (or forget to set) the advanced options when importing. I make that a lot, both forget and set, wether cause of testing or new patch.
