Wouldn't it be kind of fun if you could get a friend or something and run around trying to survive the game together? Maybe they could be just like a squad member but is user controlled instead? Or have their own squad and maybe you could battle each other or something. I'm not sure how far you might want to go with the idea but I feel like maybe some sort of implementation could be a good idea. Might appeal to more people too. But I imagine there might be some difficulties in some parts of that process so. Just an idea

MP will not be added. Mainly because the game does not have the coding for it. And adding it would require scrapping the entire game and starting over from scratch.
Plus the dev wanted a single player game.

Do you believe the sexes should be equal?

i cant really think of a way to turn around this game to make it multiplayer/coop.
but a game from the scratch with the same elements (slightly passed) could be fun. but it would probably still be a iron man mode only kinda game, and even the vanilla kenshi is still far from stable enough to ensure that.
but if you want a martial arts game that kinda looks like kenshi which you can play with friends, i would recommend (with the friendly allowance of the mods, do not want to make any big commercial here) ABSOLVER. check it out.

There are no other games like kenshi.
