More access/features to FCS

Do we know if there are plans to provide more features to the FCS? Like adding custom code; adding/editing sounds, custom stats, weapons etc? I assume if so, it will be after V1.

I feel it would really give the community the ability to create basic features themselves, rather than ask for it.

Having the ability to make total conversions. All the things that from a vision perspective the developers didn't want or envision, being community created (dual-wielding, shields, fully integrated firearms etc). Potentially giving a similar community to that of Mount & Blade and Bethesda games.

I guess the biggest issue in producing a better FCS is providing access without giving away source code?
