Mute characters being able to use plastic surgery

Pretty much what the title says: to be able to have a mute character use the services of a plastic surgeon.

There is a particular mute slave that I like adding to my squad on most of my playthroughs, though this individual, even though unique, always has a randomized appearance. Sometimes this is an issue for me and I wish to go to my ally Thieves Guild and just revamp his looks through the services of the plastic surgeon. But that's impossible, because our little fellow is mute and can't communicate his agony of having to live his life in the pitiful shell that the RNG Gods decided to bestow upon him.

Please show some love to those who are unable to speak.
