Bounty Caravan

I have a bunch of HN Paladins with 4-8k bounties in cages in my base. It would be great if there was a caravan that would offer to pay me for them, even if they take a cut of the bounty in exchange for the service.
Perhaps this could be an option for a Slave Caravan, have that caravan leader be an NPC you can interact with (speech option) to buy/sell slaves and take bountied prisoners off your hands for, say, 20% of the bounty.
