Lo-Fi Games

idk if I should put this into modding instead, but what I have found so far seems to indicate that stats and appearance are hard-coded into the game so editing things like stat cap, stat appearance interaction, and stuff like that isn't possible, could this be added or it would be too much trouble to even bother?.
