Can we please have individual formations per squad patched in? Military formation is terrible for crossbow-heavy squads due to friendly fire, and travel formation, while being somewhat serviceable substitute for proper line formation for static archers, is really poor for melee charge (not to mention it tends to grow so long that people at the head of it stop getting food from a pack animal at the tail).

Ideally it would be grand to have multiple other formations, a proper line first of all, but allowing to set a squad to military or travel independently of others is a bare minumum.

Agreed. It would be great to be able to select just my archers and have them create a line on command. Even better if they wouldn't shoot through everyone else when standing in a group, but only take a clear shot when it there are no friendlies in the way.
