Honestly if the mod support was advanced enough there'd be no issues with Kenshi 2 whatsoever. Like for kenshi 1 it's weird about adding stuff to it. It's why we do not see a magic system yet, as no one has figured out how to add a mana variable for the game to track. Adding new health bars and stats is also very hard, which is why we do not have a water stat like we have with food. And as of now there don't seem to be many dialogue heavy quest mods for Kenshi 1 in the same vein as the old school fallout game. But talking isn't really a main focus of the game which is understandable since the combat system is ace. There's also nearly know modded new modded creature mods for Kenshi 1 from what I can see.
A hybridization of Rimworld game mechanics (in depth health system so that you can get diseases etc. Actually there's a staggering amount of similarities between these two games. Rimworld just feels like a 2d, cartoon version of Kenshi with better game mechanics) and Fallout's quest mechanics would be a god tier game and seems like Kenshi 2 has the potential to be that.
[Kenshi 2] Advanced mod support is important. Has the potential to be combination of Fallout and Rimworld!
