Martial arts with only 1/no arms

I think that there should be the ability to do Martial arts with only 1 or no arms as long as the character still has feet.
They can still kick or headbutt so I think that they should be able to attack.

My thought is that, if you have no cats, no weapon, and are missing an arm or 2, you could still attempt to fight. With negatives sure but still fight never the less.

I think a better way to phrase this request would be to make it so that limb requirements for weapons be a changeable value in FCS (for Kenshi 1) or whatever toolset is used for modding in Kenshi 2 (assuming there is mod support).
