[Kenshi 1] Help repair structures in towns

In some cities in kenshi such as the hub, there are ruined structures that if repaired would be of benefit to the player or the town as a whole. For example, it'd be nice if you could repair wind turbines to offer more power to the town, clean up rubble, or repair and maybe even buy out some of those old market stalls. I think repairing buildings in this way would also be a nice way to slightly improve relations with the owner faction.

I like this idea as well. there are many good ideas and this is another one that I have always thought about for quite some time. guess I won't need to suggest this so I'll just support it here.
