[Kenshi 2] Combat formations/Skirmish Mode

Would be dope if we could dictate the positions our squads put themselves in during combat similar to how we are able to choose what kind of formations our squads use for traveling in Kenshi 1, for instance being able to choose whether our squad positions each member compactly or spreads them out, etc. A skirmish mode for crossbowmen would be extremely convenient as well as it would remove the need to micromanage ranged fighters.
