Follow the leader options

I had an idea for ordering characters around more easily while playing. If you could assign a "leader" role to a character and have a toggle to "follow" similar to the jobs toggle on the menu, I think it would streamline exploration if you only had to select one person to carry out move tasks.

Not only could you turn it off/on, you wouldn't need to delete all the jobs from your squad when you want to leave your outpost just to assign a follow/bodyguard in the place of current jobs.

My mouse is kinda busted right now so clicking and dragging a square over everyone is difficult, but what do y'all think? Useful or is it just a me problem?
