Hungry bandit relations

Faction relations are for those who have factions. They have to be organized. If you talk to a bandit, he doesn't introduce himself as "hungry bandit." (I have tested it myself  ) He might call himself bandit, but not hungry.

Hungry bandits are individuals or little groups (max 10 people) who have gone to the wild wandering and robbing people. They don't have organized faction named hungry bandits. They are just bandits who happen to be hungry 'cause they are poor.

So... You can't be friends with hungry bandits. It were good if every hungry bandit group would attack everyone and it shouldn't be possible to improve relations with hungry bandits. It were good if hungry bandit groups would attack other hungry bandit groups but I don't know if that is possible to make. (Bandits doesn't care who are those they are attacking, they are hungry and they need to rob to eat, it doesn't matter if it's some noble or another bandit who dies.)

Dust bandits are different. They call themselves Dust bandits. It is organized crime. They have head of faction and they recognize other Dust bandits to the same group.

Just little thought about realism :P

I second this, it only makes sense. Also, I think the hungry bandits are cannibals, as in they are hungry for human flesh... and that all the more backs up your idea XD

You could essentially make his reaction to all actions 0. That would essentially negate interactions, they would always be hungry, and hostile.

I think the hungry bandits should be able to be reasoned with, but maybe make it extremely difficult. And then have savages or cannibals that cannot be reasoned with :D

You could be your own Robin Hood and create an uprising.

Hopefully the more aggressive factions such as hungry bandits, cannibals, etc. will be made more difficult to make friends with. Hope so for cannibals at least...

I really like the idea of the "hungry bandits" but the way I see it; they should definitely not be your typical foe, Who will face you and fight you to the death. They are desperate men, that has formed a temporary group to solve their starvation problem. They couldn't care less about a warriors honor.

The picture I have is them either sneaking up on you, or hiding in ambush. and altough they travel in groups, their goal should be individual, fx. one of them grabs either something valuable or edible, and makes a run for it. Now that his problem is solved, he couldn't care less about his former teammates.

Thats just my idea :D

I noticed that a cannibal faction is listed. I have yet to encounter them. Would hungry hungry bandits turn into cannibals?

No, I'd assume that it's going to be an entirely different faction.

It certainly would be interesting to have it like this, but under the faction listing there is a "No Faction" faction. Perhaps that will be worked in like this.

Lol, I love this. Perhaps the only way to generate an effect with these guys is to drop a loaf of bread and watch then go to town? Heh.
