Lo-Fi Games

Just a simple request: When I started the evaluation of this game at first, I jokingly made a small, hunched over munchkin whose dream was to rule the world. I also didn't realize that I could name him something other than "Wanderer".

So now that I have the played the game for a bit and even purchased the full version, I've gotten a sense at what the game is like and am fairly far into it, and i'm hoping that there's a way to re-create my main character's name and looks mid-game without starting over from scratch. I imagine this could be a simple thing to do; either have a button to press while the character's selected, or have a special shop for that. That is all.

I've searched everywhere on the forums and wiki to see if there is already a way implemented to do this, but no luck - if anyone knows a way, please let me know.

I think Chris does plan on having people you can visit in town for just that later on.

I think the same. We need some way to change names. Maybe "name control office " or something where you can change the name for a 100-1000 cats.

I *think* in a much older version/never released, there were doctors or something that would let you change your appearance. I might be totally wrong however, it just seems to ring a bell.

But yeah i can see this (for a hefty in-game price) being a possibility..

Might be cool if you have a bounty on one of your guy's heads, you can change his face so he'll never be recognized..

Ooh Ooh! Plastic Surgeons. And also what if there's some sort of government building in some towns that allows a character to change his name? Similar to real life...
