Teacher

The idea is to have some kind of teacher, it can be a NPC in the city or maybe someone in your own squad. But basically you go to a teacher to train a squadmate, or two squadmates training together (they can get hurt while training) and to get a little harder the teacher can only teach one specific weapon, or you can only train for a specific amount of time or maybe you can use this just to get a specific level of skill.
It should be difficult to find or become a teacher, but when you have a big squad the management get crazy and its hard to train new people that cannot follow you better trained squadmates.

I think dojo's in the future where your people can train new recruits has been discussed.

Thats a cool idea, of sending your people to a skilled person to train them up, for a price of course.

Maybe eventually you could build your own Dojo, and NPCs could come to you for training once you were strong enough, had enough of a reputation ect.
