Exactly that. The ability to remove windows you normally wouldn't look at, the ability to put 'em back if you need to. Being able to set your UI out to 'Your' advantage depending on your gameplay style. Well, that and scroll bars on the UI windows so u can see other useful info without having to open entire windows, so as to keep your view of the games happenings. Y'know, just incase a group of sand ninjas come in ad mop the floor with you.

Gremrod (of GUI modding) made a post in the modding forums to a video where he did this. To my knowledge, Chris never got back to him. It should still be there somewhere
