Manned Counters with Stock-list

the Idea is, that you input the materials, resources or products with you want to sell over this counter, and the person in charge of it restocks all necessary goods.

Similar to the rum distillery / bakery etc. where the worker collects needed resources.

Alternatively the counter could be stocked manually and the person in charge only refills what has been sold -> eliminating the need of checklists of what to sell and fitting it all in the counter.

PS: the needed resources are only collected from nearby facilities, not that someone runs over the entire map for a bread.

I like the second idea better, where you put stuff in the counter, then the guy working it does his best to keep it stocked in the same pattern from certain storages without going and crafting more stuff himself. Or perhaps just connecting a storage to the counter with the logic saying "move as much stuff from these containers to the store counter as you can when more space opens up". It could be useful for selling large amounts of manufactured goods and looted goods.
