I noticed that you can buy robot parts from some of the traders. These should be used later to make robots and powered armor. I know that powered armor has been done to death by fallout, but that was one of my favorite things from that series. I admit to wanting to see more machine krieger styles of armor and vehicles, but hardly any one knows machine krieger. Powered armor could be used for utility purposes as well, like moving heavy machinery to new bases or to hasten construction. For balance reasons it would have to: be hard to train for, require a resource for upkeep, need constant repair, fail periodically, attract techno-barbarian raiders, and make you move slow.

POWERED armour? OK, all we need is a battery pack on it's back, leaving totally exposed to enemy fire.

If you ran too fast, it would overload and explode.

It's about powered armor, not trains.
