Sleds/Relationships/Religion/Miyagis/Pests/ClothingIdeas

I've tried my best to only list suggestions that have not been mentioned before.
-Sleds
I've heard about pack mules, carriages and the like, but I'd assume those things would be no simple task to implement. However, I can't imagine a simple sled would require a ton of effort to implement, considering how few animations would be required (although some treading in the sand would be fantastic). This is something I really feel is necessary for Kenshi, as I've been wanting to move my base of operations to a location that has better access to towns, but I don't want a group of fighters with backpacks full of supplies being weighted down should I cross paths with a group of bandits. Also, some resources returned upon the disassembly of buildings would be nice.
-Squad Member Cooperation
I got the idea after hearing about a suggestion for a Leadership role, whereby the squad member appointed as leader boosts the combat abilities of nearby squad members. Although that specifically doesn't appeal to me, I thought it would be cool if certain squad members worked better with other specific members based on their relationship, whether they've fought together before, and so on. I think it would add a lot more of depth to the characters.
-Religious Beliefs
This is kind of meh, but I thought I'd suggest it anyway. I thought it might be cool to establish a sort of God-Kingship hierarchy in my faction, and maybe having other factions (or commoners) taking to my squad members' relentless preaching. Maybe some sort of hire-able representative or the ability to pay off some renown individuals to spread influence.
-Jobs
I dunno, things like being able to enlist members into desperate factions as mercenaries, working in coal mines, baking bread... That kind of thing.
-Combat Schooling/Sparring
I thought it'd be cool to take my stark naked, fresh out of the womb character to a Mr Miyagi and teach him how to eat with a fork and knife. Maybe even some schools in which you can be taught among peers, allowing for the training of multiple squad members at a time. I've found training dummies to be pretty useless to an extent, as I pick fights often so my combat skills already far triumph that which those sandbags are capable of offering.
Another method of training could be sparring between squad members, where both parties gain from fighting each other and scale in skill, so that they don't get bored. This may require the implementation of non-lethal weaponry, like wooden swords. Obviously over time, the two would get used to eachother's techniques and fighting styles, making the efficiency of this dim over long periods of time.
-Pests
Things like the towns people complaining about a wolf that's been taking sheep home with him, abundances of rats swarming the city streets, birds crapping everywhere. Of course, this can lead to things like implementing animals, diseases, and the player potentially being hired to deal with these issues.
-More clothing shtuff
I don't really know what to say here, but I'd like to have things like a mask and a straw-hat together. Being able to customize the dyes of certain sets would be really nice as well. And some cool masks based off of mythological creatures would be cool too. Oh, and more cloaks. Cloaks are great.
