So there is no NPCs in the game with their own backgrounds or induvidual traits.

Here is an example of what I mean:
will the Holy Empire have a personalized Holy Emperor or will it just be an unlimited quantity of Holy Empire Bosses? If there by any chance is going to be an emperor, will there then be a certain amount of induvidual generals and captains with their own traits and characteristics?

I'd much rather want
Holy Emperor *John* the *Conquerer*

than
thy almighty Holy Empire Boss

Now apply the same logic for all the factions and you pretty much have my request

It's conqueror, but yeah it's better have a John the Conqueror than Holy Empire Boss. But infinite bosses wold be impossible, since you will be able to conquer ANY faction, even the Holy Empire.

So I typed a letter wrong and the first comment had to lash out at me without really adding any context to the topic so I might as well do the same thing; you forgot 'to' between better and have.

Who nows you might leave some survvors and they try to reconstruct the citty in other location, or even move to other of thei faction, they might also nominamate "John the conqueror the second" xD.
