Hello everyone, my name is Mohammed, I'm from Saudi Arabia, and I'm new here.

I bought the game two days ago and I already played 20 hours of it, I love the game, and I have five suggestions I'd love to see.

(1) First of all, the desert looks dull and empty, it lack a lot characteristics of deserts. For example deserts do have trees, not as much as forests but they still have trees. Most of them are palm trees but there are other trees as well. In the desert, trees are usually grouped into 2-5 with different sizes sharing a small underground well.

(2) The game would be awesome if it had oases as well. Maybe start with a single oasis. Usually occupied by bandits, but if you eliminate them you can take over their loots and create your base on the oasis. It's dangerous however, since it attracts other bandits and predatory animals seeking precious water.

(3) "The ship of the desert" is an old saying describing camels. Now why would camels be useful? They can carry heavy objects at long distances without drinking or eating. They are very resilient creatures, and you can use their endurance by mounting a couple of big caravan bags on them, load them with items, including tons of building materials if you want to build your base very far away from any town, or if you want to be a trader and travel with large quantities of trading items. You won't have to worry about your guys not being able to defend themselves properly since the camels will carry the load for you.

(4) yes wolves do live in the desert, and they are as much sinister! I'd love to see a pack of desperate wolves who would attempt to hunt me as their food, and if I kill them all, I might find a wolf cub left alone, I could adopt it, and when it grows up, it will be our guard that help us in battle, and warn us of any approaching enemies.

(5) I would love to see tents, usually loaded on the camels I mentioned above. Could be set up while traveling to rest and heal, because sometimes you are in the middle of the desert and the nearest town is hundreds of miles away, I'd love to have battles in the open field without the help of guards or without the need of towns.

Cheers,

So as you most likely knwo the gmae is still in alpha, so asthetical things as trees are still not placed as there is no urgency for it, and in the future will be more biomes, not solely the desert.

We know there gonna be animals in game we just don t know which ones yet, if the desert keeps camels might be one of them for sure, as pack mules, are either literal mules, horses or donkeys or camels, besides those i wouldn t think of any others.

With this ones said the desert dull aspect is not due to thinking this how the desert is, just simply not implemented feautures.

About the tents i am not sure if there is a plan for temporary "outposts", but they would be a fit in any place, for a temporary place to rest and pace to bed, of course wuld have his isavantages, not so confurtable so would take longer than a regular bed, dangerous as the weather affects it easier (when implemented), besides being easier to "raid" from bandits and animals too following the blood scent.
It s Hbrown!! Gotta get some pies!

I know it is in alpha, but I didn't really know where the game is heading, I only watched a trailer and bought it. Interesting that there will be different regions other than a desert, I still hope they add a green oasis, and other aspects of deserts.

Welcome mohammed to the community!
I would love to see tents in the game that could be used on long trading travels and could provid protecyion from enemy bandits. I like the oasis idea as you could also fish there. as for trees they have been added sort of. If you travel around catan you will find them.

Not complaining, but all the things you mentioned have already been confirmed to be in kenshi. Have patience. In the future, before you post something like this, read a bunch of forum posts first.
