Out side building/Foundations

Building a foundation would not only allow for some items that would normally only built inside a building, such as all the storage items(minus the shop counters, read on) and items like the rum still, cooking stove and training dummy on it.

But would also make sense for a lot of the other out side buildings to be placed on the foundation like the generator/wind generator, the stone and ore processor, weapon benches ect, ect.

An upgraded version or perhaps one that is also available from the get go, but requiring more building materials or fabric, a fabric covered foundation . This could be done either by upgrading a foundation or its own building.

Searched and didn't find that, but even so I think he referring more to a city foundation, where I'm talking more of a clay/mud foundation that really just flattens the ground and allows for a more stable ground. A house or large building would already have a foundation and not be able to use one.
