Condition Summary Window

After a battle and everyone is bandaged I often like to check and see how everyone is - which involves checking each guy individually to see if his head is hanging on by a thread and a band-aid. It would be nice to have a window I could pull up with a summary of everyone's condition. Or maybe a little icon pops up on a guy's "portrait" that indicates he has a limb below 20%.
