Unlocking should not immediatly activate cages/doors

Currently unlocking something seems to mean immediately opening or escaping it. This kills the ability to act stealthily or just intelligently when in situations that are usually dire.

I had a few of my people trapped in cages in a cannibal village. Naturally once they were healed enough, I told them all to try to escape. To my dismay each of them immediately exited their cages once the lock was picked. No waiting to break out as a group or waiting for night.

This got my people recaptured. I'm pretty sure any sane person would have picked the lock, and then pretended to still be captive until it was safe/advantageous to sneak/break out.

Did not knew that was instant as did not saw yet myself, but i agree with this, especially depending on their skills and the "door lvl". I guess the escape part could be meant for one to watch and babysit, but that wouldn t suit with too much members.
