Item Quality, Condition, Durbility

I would like to make a suggestion to help simplify stats for all items in game:

I would first like to suggest a change from strict #'s to a description word. Which I have listed some examples below.

The next thing would be the removal of "Shoddy" & "Standard" Grade. The replacement would be different types of material which would set an overall level of item class and then compare it to a template of a perfect specimen and would scale accordingly to quality:

All attributes would be affected by (Quality * Condition). Thus it would provide infinite range of performance with minimal system processing. (at least in theory)

Condition: <description> (actual # is 1 to 100)
-Condition is reduced by useage (0.1*(1+(1-<quality>))) per hit. So a 100% Quality Weapon would lose 0.1 condition per swing, but an 80% Quality Weapon would lose 0.12 per hit.
-Condition can be restored by repairing an item which would reduce durability 1 point for every 1% restored, modified by skill of the repairer. ((0.01+(0.1(<repair skill>/500)))*<Condition>) Note: this rewards two things; crafting skill & regular maintenance.
Quality: <description> (actual # is 1 to 100)
Durability: <description> (actual # is based on material * crafter's skill)

Condition Descriptions
01-10 = Awful
11-20 = Feeble
21-30 = Poor
31-40 = Bad
41-50 = Ok
51-60 = Average
61-70 = Nice
71-80 = Good
81-90 = Great
91-99 = Excellent
100 = Perfect

Quality Descriptions
01-10 = Pitiful
11-20 = Awful
21-30 = Poor
31-40 = Bad
41-50 = Ok
51-60 = Average
61-70 = Good
71-80 = Great
81-90 = Excellent
91-99 = Superior
100 = Flawless

I'm sure I've left some things out but it's 5am and I haven't slept yet.

I've seen some variants; just wanted to post a through list.

I like the way you implemented it more than others have mentioned.

Thanks, but Mythic Entertainment is really the one who started this.
