Lo-Fi Games

I didn't find anything directly related to tunnels so here it is. I would like to see tunnels in the future, this would allow us to take advantage of some of the inaccessible terrain. I can think of a few areas surrounded by mountain that are flat. One in particular is basically in my town, being able to tunnel through to it would be great.

some how i can just see a squad members arms going at blinding speed then slowly walking towards the hill and watch dirt and rock fly from the tip of her swords.
with a simple yet effective Ka ma, Ka Ma Ha!

I actually think this would be a good idea too - especially considering how it is a pain to walk around the entire map...

Think about it, we have the power to make gigantic automated drills that mine stone (and of course dirt, although we don't receive any).. So why not just turn that big boy sideways and drill through a mountain (which is again, stone and dirt), and need someone with a high engineering skill to be able to properly build up support for the tunnel? Who knows.

It would be cool, but it would also be a LOT of work for something people aren't going to use that much.
