Turning in bounties is easy enough, just get some random guy who is worth a lot and throw him into a jail cell. But I don't think an enemy would just willingly give themselves up if they were being carried away, so I thought that as you are carrying an enemy they could fight back and force themselves off your shoulders.

Of course this would depend on your strength level, if it is high enough they can not do anything, if it is just a bit higher then theirs they would slow you down a bit, and if their strength far surpasses yours they will force themselves off and start fighting back (or run).

(But of course this would make it a little more difficult to collect bounties so they would have to be increased imo.)

Maybe when we get "Unarmed Combat" that could be a factor.

We need manacles - a boot slot item and/or a hand slot item. Gives a negative to your athletics and attack skill.

How do they fight back if they're in a coma?

They wouldn't be in a coma they would be conscious.

Ah. I was confused as well. So whenever they regain consciousness whilst being carried, they will start to struggle.
