Hi, first of all, i really enjoy the game!

Well, now i got my first city up n' running, it's actually going really well, my problem is, that after you recruit enough people to fill out the two lines of characters, i can't scroll down to see the portraits of the last 3-4 people i recruited, which is really annoying. It would be really nice, if we got the possibillity to scroll down.

on a side note, i got sad when i realized there's a "population" cap, which thoughts lay behind this descision?

games programing and GUI limits and that fact its only slightly optimized.
that limit will most likely be raised once multithreading and new pathing AI and the 64bit conversion is done and the new GUI is added. which will make it possible for there to be more than 20 squad members.

and as RighteousSinner said, try using search first. you will be reminded of this about topics what have a lot of discussion on them if you make a new topic that discusses the same thing.
