More actions with Prisoners

On this theme I will present 2 ideas.
1) Recruit the prisoner.
Click on him and start the recruit, line appears which is filled prisoner in your crew. (this will get very many time)
Or speak with him and recruit him faster but give him money.
Sometimes prisoner can offer a bribe to go away.

2) Give to police patrol
For this need add police patrols that periodically will come to your avanposts.
If anyone of prisoners have a reward they ask to transmit him to them and give you 75% of total reward.

3) advanced trainer:

"ok, private Jenkins, you can kill a mk3 training dummy, but can you kill this dust bandit with 2 hits with your new topper?"

4) cannibal bribes:

"hey, we will feed you several starving bandits if you can distract the patrols long enough for us to start our siege, then when we take the stuff we want, you can have the prisoners"

Totally supporting this Prisoner recruitment suggestion. it has been a common practice for the last 10k years of history.

I might be able to throw together a mod that lets you recruit prisoners. I'll look into it.

edit: I made it, but I want to test that it actually works before posting it. Also after making it... I found an existing dialog where a prisoner might actively ask to join. I don't know if that is yet implemented or not. I never really bothered imprisoning people before so I never experienced this.
