I always think desert when I hear about or play Kenshi, whether it is because the endless sand dunes, or the ever present dust bandits. This made me desire a change of atmosphere, while still wanting an endlessness that Kenshi has come to offer. This is why I propose a toggle able snow option which will turn the world into an endless white wasteland, where nothing is yet everything was. This may eventually develop into new clothing and other features but for now I feel a change in atmosphere might mean a lot to current players.

there will be 12 to 18 different biome types when the new map is added. the only thing we don't know is what they will all be, so snow could be a possibility.
