Rope Bridges

Felt that this should have its own topic instead of being mashed in with others.

Let us build rope bridges between two points!
Building to building sounds easier to add initially, but it would be awesome to construct pathways from plateau to plateau (or equivalent terrain in future biomes.. like treehouses!)

Reminds me of the time I shift+f12'ed a staircase through an unpassable ridge east of Telbooze (going around would've taken forever). Took a rebuilding or two of the nav-mesh, but it got me where I wanted to go.
