Job and Role icons/markers (medic, trader, farmer, etc)

I would like to suggest two forms of icons for squad portraits:
The first is automatic and shows an icon on the portrait that reflects the squad member's current permanent job(s) such as an anvil and a sword for a weapon smith, a wheat stalk for the wheatstraw farm, a wrench for an engineer - that sort of thing. That way it's easy at a glance to know exactly who is doing what and how many you have per job and such.
The second icon is for their role or specific combat orders. A medic can have a little red cross icon(along with it being a job so they will automatically heal when out of combat) someone with taunt enabled would have maybe a face shouting or something, and for non combatants a sword with a red "no" or "prohibition" symbol over it.
Any of them could be manually set for a particular person, so you can ensure you get your weapon smiths back on weapons easily without having to remember each and every person's name. With 20 people it can be difficult to keep track and with the addition of more squads it will become even more so.
To help keep the UI from being cluttered, there could be a key you could hold down that will display these icons otherwise they are hidden.
