Better NPC random appearance

In your character customizer, much of the 'parameter space' for hair color results in snow white hair. As a result, your randomly generated NPCs have white hair (seemingly) 25% of the time. This is bad from many perspectives: it's not realistic and its distracting and its artistically clashing with the rest of the game. You should have a more natural distribution (perhaps a normal distribution?) around an 'ideal' hair color, like brown. This 'ideal' color can be different for each faction if you want, for instance, black haired ninjas and blonde pirates.

I believe the character creation ini file can be modified to change the min and max values for hair colors. Try tweaking that (you'll have to import to a new game to see changes to NPCs), and see if you can find some values that work for you.

Hopefully this will be addressed with the, hopefully not too long from now, next update which they said was going to include the new character models!

Haven't seen or hear anything about new hair but one would think/hope they get those as well.

Latest update on here says they're making a new race as well.

And I'm fairly certain its possible to mod character randomisation in such a way that you can create your personal 'normal' curve for hair color. Not sure the step-by-step process to do so.
