I was always curious as to what made Leviathans Godzilla through towns and I just figured it out.

Leviathans will come to the aid of Dogs and Beak Things. Those other two wildlife are hyperaggressive and often attack towns and caravans for no reason. And if a Leviathan happens to be around when a poor Shop Guard is fighting off a Beak Thing...

Cue Empty Town Tumbleweed Music.

Can we put all the animals on different factions? Wildlife as a faction never made much sense anyway.

yeah.. this has been an issue for a long time, and is also a problem when Leviathans spawn inside your base walls. Just happen to take a whack at a beakthing outside without noticing the leviathan? Half your town is dead or dying.

I don't see any reason for them to all be in the same faction, and I would hope that as more creatures come into play, they'll be seperated into different factions for the sake of them fighting eachother.

I know humans are awful horrible sadistic creatures, but we can't be the only ones.

Yeah i'v seen and wondered this as well why all animals are in the same faction. They really need to be separated.
