Sleep when idle option

Now that crops take a while to grow I find myself needing to put people to bed to conserve food. It would be awesome for people to go to sleep automatically with the press of a button like chase or sneak. Sometimes you need people just standing around so having this on all the time would be annoying if you needed to use the same guy again for something right away.
