Setting machine/farm input limit

Being able to limit the amount of input items would help your people not throwing a ton of resources into 1 machine or farm if you happen to have more, and instead have them spread it among them.

With farming now being a much more fleshed out feature, I have a bunch of them in my outposts and I'v started noticing some of them having like 9 barrels of water, while the one right next to it only has 2. Same with the generators, the guy managing the biofuel distillery only keeps throwing them in the closest instead of spreading it out among the other generators.

Having a limit you could set yourself would give you more control over situations like this.
