When breaking out of a prison (city, slaver camp, dust king's lair) if you break out other NPCs with you, currently they follow and stealth if you stealth, etc etc. However, they dont let you pick them up. They're usually such low skilled that if you try the breakout just with them following you, they will always get caught and you'll have a huge legion of hostiles chasing your escape attempt. I think they should allow you to pick them up so if you want to try to stealth out even with the encumbrance and stealth penalty associated with doing so, you should be able to.

I don't know if facilitating something so gamey is in the best interests of the game, though. Is it realistic that while you're sneaking out, you look at your fellow escapee and because they suck at sneaking you throw them over your shoulder and somehow gracefully sneak out without a sound?
It could be abused, too, with players just selling the escapees right back potentially.

the multiple bounties exploit was already fixed. And i think its "realistic" enough, as it depends entirely on the player character's skills. Consider what it takes to do this to begin with, youll need both very high sneak and str, depending on the weight of the gear of the person. Imagine your breaking out a mercenary heavy, in addition to your own gear's weight youll need another 60 str points if you don't want to be encumbered, and as soon as you are encumbered your strealth skill goes down the toilet. Additionally, if you have multiple people following you you cant carry them all, and there's still only a low chance of them joining you after the breakout. I think the game is already well balanced for it.
