it seems that there is a forum database restore as my last posts just disappeared.
For whom it might interest, I created a tool to help translating dialogues in Kenshi.
It works like some poeditor but allows you to
- Visualize all the dialogues files in one place.
- use Google ™ (more than 100 languages) or DeepL ™ (26 languages) translate engine (but these need some payed account).
- Pre translate all the dialogues in one (quite long for now) step.
- Work alone with a local database (but it remains to be fully tested)
- Work in team as there is a network database that can be used => recommended use.
- Use basic workflow Translator / Validator.
This tool if freeware.
The local database is empty (you must do all the po file import yourself).
The network database is now loaded with the default dialog and the dialogue mods: "MOAR Unique Dialogues" and "Recruit Prisoners".
I created it to translate all the dialogue in French.
