Translation general questions

So new patch is up with new subforum for it (YAY!) any news on the added stuff coz
-Translation fixes
-Translation enabled in release
so its time to change to the new translation mode? or its still not functional? keep up the good work lofi

In the next days I'll be posting a huge post while all the information needed to do translations.
I hope I answer all the questions. If you have any, you can ask them here and I'll see to include explanation in the post.

with the new translation stuff should be keep working in the translation as if it was a mod with the fcs or should we start with the new translation stuff the poedit stuff with .mo .po .pot files? im afraid that if a keep working with the fcs ill have to do all again with poedit , and how are we gonna be able to import/export the translations in this new system?

Hello guys!
I started to make a hungarian translation and I am very new to this stuff. I'd like to ask for some help from you. I followed the steps from the main guide but got some problems. I'm using Poedit to open the po file that I extracted from the game base data and I can start working with it. I'm saving the file but then when I try to import the file It says 0 lines added. What else I need to do to apply the translated file? Can someone help me with this?

The mo file has to be named "gamedata" for FCS to import the lines. Since you're translating to Hungarian I'm assuming the mo and po file are named hu_HU? It should import normally if you change the names. Had the same problem too lol
