Peculiar issue with naming savegames in translation

With my mod translation, for some reason, when i want to name my savegame, it will only let me type some symbols as capitals, but they may be typed small, and likewise, some may only be typed capitals, and won't if small. I've not noticed it in other places, will test further.

It's quite minor, and more funny then disturbing and gamebreaking SaveGAmE nUMBa oNe 8)

UPD: aye, it's only happening with savegames naming. Neither character names, nor outpost names are affected.
